This engaging, science-based program gives participants practical tools to understand what’s happening in the brain and body during stress and how to reset in real-time.

- Recognise stress responses in themselves and others (fight, flight, freeze, fawn)
- Bring the thinking brain back online with simple, body-based strategies
- Use breath, movement, voice and focus techniques to return to calm in under 3 minutes
- Co-regulate with students, colleagues and family using nervous system-informed tools
- Shift group energy quickly and effectively to support learning and connection
- Build life-long tools for wellbeing, resilience and emotional intelligence
