We like our real lives to be peaceful and filled with supportive, kind and friendly people. But did you ever read the novel about the girl who was nice to her parents, good at her job, paid her taxes and brushed her teeth? No? Neither did I. That’s because a novel like that would be really boring. This workshop explores conflict and its place at the heart of fiction.
