Who are you writing for and why?
by Ailsa Wild
Description
I’ve written books to inform, books to persuade and books to sweep readers away on an entertaining adventure. I’ve written picture books for children, junior fiction, graphic novels and non-fiction for adults. We’ll take a look at examples and students will discuss the audience and purpose. Then we’ll co-create the start of a story together, considering specific audiences.
