Picture Book Writing Workshops

by Corinne Fenton

Description

In these hands-on workshops Corinne covers the love of writing both fiction and non-fiction picture books and stressing the fact that anyone can be a writer if they read, write and love words.

All writers work differently but this is the way it works for Corinne. She covers all stages of the writing process appropriate to the year level, giving students guidance and plenty of time to do writing exercises and write creatively for themselves.

Weather permitting, students are taken outside to ‘write in the real.’

The main aim of these workshops is to inspire students to write.
