Online Session: As Happy as Here and When Rain turns to Snow

A session focussing on Jane's upper middle-grade novels As Happy as Here (published in August 2019) and When Rain Turns to Snow (published in July 2020) to demonstrate and explore narrative writing. An interactive talk that includes discussion of story ideas, planning, drafting, language, character and plot. Jane involves the students and their contributions and ideas at every step. (Does not need students to necessarily be familiar with either book.)
