Ron has an international reputation as a didgeridoo soloist, having performed widely in Australia, and also in New York, Jordon, Canada and New Zealand.  He also performs as part of the Celtic-Indigenous fusion duo, Kinja with fiddler/ vocalist Sarah James “He is one of Victoria’s most respected players”. (The Age, Larry Schwartz, October 2nd 2008, “Didgeridoo Dreaming”, page 15). 

As a soloist, Ron is often asked to perform didgeridoo at the openings of conferences and major events, and at dinner events.

As the duo Kinja, Ron and Sarah perform at dinner events, arts festivals and in schools. Kinja features didgeridoo, violin and vocals and blends the sounds of Aboriginal and Celtic Australia, in an Australian folk setting.  As Kinja is often experiences by audiences as an expression of reconciliation, events which promote cultural diversity, reconciliation and harmony are often settings for Kinja. Schools book Kinja in a music as reconciliation/education context, where Ron’s school workshops are augmented with the greater music focus that Kinja brings.
