This session will cover the work of great Australian Poets, historical and contemporary, and will involve a poetry workshop, aiming to teach the children free verse poetry.

- Two Word Poems.
- Incident Poetry.
- Colour Poetry.
- Sensory Poetry.

Primary Years 2 - 5
Duration
45-60 minutes, depending on length of classes. Happy to be flexible.
Requirements
Whiteboard. Table. Data projector and laptop – but not necessary if not available. I use powerpoint and can come with a USB stick. I will bring Teaching Resource Sheets as handouts for the activities. We will need pencils, pens, paper.
