Illustrating workshop

This is a general talk on the process of writing and illustrating picture books, showing examples of how some of my characters were created by drawing on the whiteboard. I also show the various stages from initial roughs and dummies to finish artwork. In the second part of the talk I take the students through some step_by_step drawings to create their own characters based on some of my illustration work.
