How to Read an Illustration

Children’s book as simple as it may looks, it’s the result of a very delicate balance between text and images. In this session Lucia talks about the complex relationship between words and illustrations with multiple examples from her books and her favourite international picture books. She also introduce the audience to topics such as image composition, framing and use of colors and encourages the audience to ask questions and think out of the box.
