Family, Friends and Animal Adventures!
by Belinda Murrell
Description
In this highly entertaining session Belinda shares stories with children about being an author, her books and where she gets her inspiration from. This is a fun, interactive session with stories about her writing as a child, how she became a children’s author, and the key elements of narrative, using examples from her popular junior fiction books, such as Aussie Kids - Meet Zoe and Zac at the Zoo, the Lulu Bell series which was inspired by her childhood living in a vet hospital, and The Daredevil Princess inspired by fairytales. Belinda also discusses The Sun Sword Trilogy, a fantasy adventure series for boys and girls, written for her own three children. Fun stories, photographs and lively Q&A encourage kids to get excited about books, reading and writing.
