Creative mini journal & poem workshop

Images and words go together. This workshop begins with a collection of paper, cardboard, stamps, washi tape and glue to make a mini creative journal to collect thoughts and images for a poem. While we’re creating, our minds are free to wander. Using prompts, we’ll gather some ideas for a poem, then we’ll write a poem in our creative journal. This workshop works well for CBCA shadow judging students, school literature festivals or for Book Week activities. All materials are provided.
