All the best books have strong characters. A good character makes storytelling so much easier and reading more enjoyable. In this session Gus concentrates on how to draw characters that are appealing, funny, scary and memorable whether they’re good, bad or boring. Gus explores what exactly makes a good character and how to draw one. He visits his book characters and others to highlight various character types and students are left with something they can hang on to. This is a fun session.

Requirements

Data Projector (Gus has a Mac cord converter) and whiteboard. Paper and pencils for the students.
