There are a lot of steps involved in creating illustrations for a story. But where do you start? In this fun and interactive session Ben will share the process of drawing a story visually. He’ll share how he illustrated ‘Real Pigeons Fight Crime’, a hilarious new series in the same vein as Dav Pilkey’s Dogman and Aaron Blabey’s Bad Guys. A lot of fun in this one.

Duration
50 – 60 minutes.
Requirements
Ben requires: Large whiteboard (preferably on wheels) Smart board or projector facilities and laptop setup (Will bring USB with PowerPoint presentation on it) Table to display books on. Students require: A4 paper or their notebooks Coloured pencils, markers, anything to create with! They will need to have colour options, not just a pen and lead pencils. Tables for students to sit at, OR clipboards/books to lean on if on the floor.
