A more in-depth presentation/workshop, which can incorporate exercises, and is designed for keen writers and smaller groups. In this session Adam looks at plot, character, conflict, showing and not telling, and his own personal take on the popular Hero’s Journey structure, which is behind many of the world’s most successful stories.

Requirements

A laptop I can plug my USB into, connected to a projector for audio/visual presentation, with preferably a “clicker” to click through slides. Optional, but not required, is the ability to play videos in .mp4 format. Paper and pencils for every attendee.
