Well, do we have some exciting news for you! For the first time in more than ten years, New Zealand-Japanese artist and illustrator, Aki Fukuoka will be joining best-selling children’s author and outgoing Laureate, Sally Rippin, to do a whirlwind tour of Sydney and Melbourne schools to promote their newest series: a graphic novel adaption of the Billie B Mysteries!
During the first two weeks of August, Sally and Aki will be launching the first book of the six-part series by running writing and illustrating presentations in a limited number of schools, for students in grades 3 - 6.
Sydney schools: August 3 – 7 (Sally unavailable Aug 4)
Melbourne schools: August 10 – 14
Availability for 2 one-hour sessions per day, including questions and book signings.
