Where were you born?

I was born with a blue face and an umbilical cord wrapped around my neck in the Mater Hospital, Brisbane.

What other jobs have you had?

I’ve been a pro tennis player and coach as well as a high school English teacher. All three were equally nerve-wracking.

What are you passionate about?

I am passionate about good health – both body and mind. I believe in the power of sharing stories in order to teach and heal.

Haven’t I seen you before?

I still play competitive tennis. I am ranked inside the top 200 players in Australia and won the Australian 40 and over title in 200.
