Thank you very much for your presentation last night. The focus on two or three easy things that students can do was just what they need at this time. When I went for a walk with my daughter last night, we listed the five things we are grateful for. So easy to do, so often not done.
Thank you very much for facilitating the ‘Flourishing in 2021’ workshop with our staff yesterday. It was a powerful way to start the year. Staff were highly engaged and the feedback has been incredibly positive.
Chris brings humour in her presentation which lightens up the topic in building resilience in children. She highlighted the key points in building resilience by developing essential skills, habits and attitudes that can help children build relationships with others, managing conflicts and build their self-confidence….. Overall it is very informative, with fun activities that help parents put the idea into a better perspective.
