Tiffiny's strength lies in performing to large groups of children and she has the ability to pitch her messages to any age group. She is a dedicated role model in health and motivation for young people, not only as an athlete but also through her academic pursuits. She finished school with an ENTER of 98.85 and graduated from Melbourne University with a journalism degree. She is widely travelled and, whilst she was abroad, completed her French degree in Paris at the UN, Centre International des Etudes Pedagogic.

Apart from teaching, Tiffiny has worked in a number of roles with children including: hosting children's birthday parties, performing in over 300 free anti-bullying clinics at the Royal Melbourne Show each year, involvement with Young Leader's conferences such as EmpowerMe, After-School's coach, corporate motivator and team builder to young leaders.

At the age of 25, Tiffiny has already achieved her 5th Dan black belt, more than 20 years of training in Taekwondo, more than ten national titles and become one of Australia's most formidable athletes, a Gladiator! Tiffiny is now taking on her greatest fight; the diet industry. She is determined to educate young peope about the dangers of fad dieting and the importance of a healthy body image.

Tiffiny has just published her first book, How to create YOUR ultimate body and keep it! This anti-diet and self-empowerment book sold out nationally in three weeks, generating television and print publicity as it entered its second print run before the official book launch.

Tiffiny is also a non-fiction and fiction author, with big projects underway. She plans to publish her fiction work by the end of 2009.

Tiffiny offers the following presentations, but she can also cater her sessions depending on individual school requirements:

  • VCE Black Belt - how to get your dream ENTER
  • Body Bully: Body image and self esteem
  • Anti-bullying with a martial arts approach. Self respect and anger management - primary and secondary
  • Leadership
  • Teamwork workshops
  • Save your life self-defense
  • Eat your way to straight As - healthy eating for best study results
  • Stranger Danger - primary

Tiffiny's presentation perfectly complimented our leadership program for our year 6 students, which aims to develop lifelong leadership skills as well as enhance their involvement as responsible and proactive leaders within the school. Tiffiny tailored her presentation to meet our goals perfectly. She shared her life experiences and achievements, including her commitment to motivate others as a Taekwando instructor and health and fitness ambassador. Our students were not only engaged but also challenged, as Tiffiny discussed and questioned how we can create positive changes within the school, and in our home lives. She also focussed on creatign winning habits and changing our focus to achieve success. Our students were captivated by Tiffiny and are still buzzing from the experience.

I want to thankyou so much for what you did today. We've had quite a few motivational speakers, but you are the one that really hit home. It was great to listen to someone who had recently been through what we are going through now (VCE) and could say 'hey, I've
done it...it takes hard work but you can do it too'. The hints and tips you gave us, and how visualization is the key to materialisation (I hope I spelt that right!) was really, and I hate to use the cliche, inspirational. I went straight home that night and pinned my goal enterscore above my bed, and now have a full bottle of water beside my bed to encourage me to drink more. I've also thought about what I want to stop, keep, think, and it's really helped me to assess where i am currently standing and make the changes I know I need to make. You've really inspired me to push myself harder and tell myself that I can do it. I know it sounds corny and cliche, but it's really true.
