Ben Wood: Creating Pirates for Picture Books

Session description:

Arrrr me hearties! Ben comes dressed as a pirate for this session – with a pet crab on his shoulder too! Students will learn how to draw their very own pirates!

Ben will read Louie the Pirate Chef by Simon Mitchell (which he illustrated) and will show students how he went about creating the pirate-filled book. The students will have fun learning how to draw their very own pirates. Swash buckling fun!
